Doors Open Day 3rd October 2014

September 11, 2014

Bright Green Hydrogen are taking part in the Energy Savings Trust, Doors Open Day on the 3rd October. Why not come for a look around?

Green businesses and homes across Scotland will be opening their doors this October giving people a chance to see how using resources efficiently and installing renewables systems save them money.

There are numerous properties to visit – from a lighthouse which implemented a biomass system to a net-zero carbon development home. Why not come along and see how businesses in your area are reducing costs by using resources efficiently?

The free Green Network open days will give you a unique opportunity to hear about actual costs and savings from organisations who have installed these measures – as well as getting invaluable tips and advice that could help your business save money and reduce energy, water and waste.

UK Government schemes are available to support you in installing renewable technologies. The Feed-in Tariff (FIT) and the non-domestic Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI), mean you could qualify for payments for the energy you generate. The Resource Efficient Scotland small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) loans of £1,000 to £100,000 also help businesses to save money, increase their competitiveness and reduce their carbon emissions
Free, impartial specialist advice, access to funding and suppliers is available through Resource Efficient Scotland to help your business cut energy, water and raw material costs.
